PET TRAINING CENTER

Okay, so I have a Lab, and he's manageable in most situation, except when he see's another dog. It doesn't matter if they are barking or otherwise he still freaks out at the sight of another dog near him. Yesterday I had him out and two puppies ran past and started sniffing around him and he totally lost the plot. He was pulling so hard he nearly got his collar and halti off. Not only is he a safety hazard but it's also reaaaallly embarrassing. He was only trained to walk, sit, give the paw and basic commands at the age of 1year and other then that hadn't much to do with other people and animals. (We trained him when we got him at the age of 1.) He's two now and he still freaks at the sight of a dog, he jumps (reaaallly effing high!) and barks, growls, and everything in his power to get near them and attack them. I tried showing him it's "bold" and he always gets told off for bad behavior. But with this nothing seems to work =[ Help? =[
